RICK KULLMAN

RICK KULLMAN

Rick Kullman graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1974 with a B. Sc. (Civil Engineering) with Great Distinction and an M. Sc. (Science) in 1987. He began his career as a structural engineer with Saskmont Engineering Company Ltd. in 1974. In 1981, he became an Associate and Structural Engineer with MacPhedran & Robb Engineering Ltd. where he served until 1990 at which time he joined Robb Kullman Engineering Ltd. (later Robb Kullman LLP).

Rick has been active in the work ofthe Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and of the Canadian Standards Association. Since 1994, he has served as a volunteer on projects sponsored by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. He was elected to the Association’s Council and then to the Executive Committee where he served as President in 2009-2010.

In recognition of his very significant contributions to the engineering profession Rick was elected a Fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineers in 2004, Engineers Canada in 2009 and Geoscientists Canada in 2013.
