Jon Gillies
Jon Gillies is an accomplished agricultural engineer. He had distinguished careers as a Professor at both the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina. In addition to being recognized as a master teacher, Jon served as Department Chair of Environmental Engineering and of an Interdisciplinary Graduate Program. Jon authored numerous refereed journal articles, papers and technical reports and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Canadian Water Resources Journal. Jon has served as National President of the Canadian Water Resources Association and President of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan; and has served on numerous other technical and community boards.
