Dharminderpal (Pal) Singh Mann, CD, PEng
Following graduation from RMC with a BEng in Civil Engineering Dharminderpal Singh (Pal) served in Canada’s Army for 18 years. His early career included tours with UN and NATO forces in Yugoslavia and Bosnia Hercegovina; intelligence, operations and HQ planning. Pal’s later career assignments involved a series of educational postings culminating in Deputy Commandant of the Army’s Command and Staff College, Kingston.
For the past seven years, Pal has served in leadership capacities with APEGA (as Director, Professional Practice and of Corporate Services) and currently as CEO and Registrar of APENS. Pal has also been serving as Chair of Engineers Canada’s National Practice Officials group.
