His early career included tours with UN and NATO forces in Yugoslavia and Bosnia Hercegovina; intelligence, operations and HQ planning. Pal\u2019s later career assignments involved a series of educational postings culminating in Deputy Commandant of the Army\u2019s Command and Staff College, Kingston.<br \/>\nFor the past seven years, Pal has served in leadership capacities with APEGA (as Director, Professional Practice and of Corporate Services) and currently as CEO and Registrar of APENS.
