William (Bill) Rosehart, PhD, PEng, FCAE
Following a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Bill Rosehart progressed rapidly through academic ranks at the University of Calgary. Following appointment as Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Head, he was appointed and renewed as Dean of University of Calgary’s Schulich School of Engineering.
Dr. Rosehart is an accomplished academic leader and engineer known for his acclaimed teaching, research, advocacy of equity, diversity and inclusion, community outreach, and leadership as a Canadian Academy of Engineering Fellow and Director.
Bill’s commitment to leadership in the wider community has been demonstrated as a Director of the Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada PTAC and his participation in the Canadian Society of Senior Engineers.
