Michelle Mahovlich, MEng, PEng, PGeo
Michelle Mahovlich has served as City Engineer of one of Canada’s fastest growing municipalities for the past decade where she has overseen an explosive growth of infrastructure, commercial and residential development and nationally recognized recreational facilities. Prior to joining the City of Langford, Michelle was engaged as a manager on a series of geotechnical and environmental projects including independent power production, land development and remediation.
Michelle generously serves her community as an engaged citizen and volunteer. Currently an EGBC Councillor, she has served as an elected Councillor of a neighboring municipality, a soccer and lacrosse coach, a volunteer with organizations serving at risk youth and single parents and is a dedicated proponent of Engineers Canada’s 30X30 program and STEM for young women.
